Abstract


The first purpose of the present paper was to clarify the United Nations (UN) concern for human rights and the possibility and recommendation for teaching peace education and human rights. Also, it presents the universal declaration of youth’s rights and duties.
The second purpose was to explain the concept of peace, peace and levels of violence and conflicts, and demonstrate El-Zahhar’s Model for Peace Education, which explains the connection between peace education and human rights and the peaceful behavior as the main target for establishing human rights and democracy.
